Manage your Meta One subscription

Meta One is currently in limited testing and isn’t available everywhere yet. The options you see may vary based on your location, account type, and what’s currently available in testing.

This article explains how to view your Meta One subscription details, manage your payment method, and cancel your subscription.

Meta One is a paid subscription that adds extra features across different eligible Meta technologies, depending on what’s available to your account. It includes multiple plans, each with its own pricing and benefits. Learn about the benefits of different Meta One plans.

View your Meta One subscription details

You can check your Meta One subscription status, renewal date, and payment method from your personal, business or professional account on the following mobile apps, depending on where your subscription is active.

  1. From the Meta AI app, tap Menu in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Tap your Meta One plan.
  4. From this screen, you can review your subscription status, next renewal date, and current payment method for Meta One.

  1. Open the Instagram mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
  3. Tap Menu in the top right, then tap Accounts Center.
  4. Tap Subscriptions, then tap Meta One.
  5. From this screen, you can review your subscription status, next renewal date, and current payment method for Meta One.

  1. Open the Facebook mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap Menu in the top left.
  3. Tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
  4. Tap Accounts Center, then tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap Meta One.
  6. From this screen, you can review your subscription status, next renewal date, and current payment method for Meta One.

Use the same platform and account to manage Meta One

To manage your Meta One subscription, use the:

  • Same platform (the app you originally subscribed through — Instagram or Facebook)
  • Same device type (iPhone or Android)
  • Same account (Apple ID or Google account)

Example: If you subscribed to Meta One through the Google Play Store on an Android device using Instagram, you must use an Android device, the same Google account, and Instagram to view or update your subscription.

Note: Make sure you're signed into the same Apple or Google account you used for your original Meta One purchase. If you use a different account, you won't see your Meta One subscription.

Update your Meta One payment method

Keep your payment method current to avoid interruptions to your Meta One subscription. If your payment method expires or fails, your subscription may not renew and you'll lose access to Meta One benefits across Instagram and Facebook.

You can add a backup payment method to your account. If your default payment fails, your backup payment method is charged automatically to keep your Meta One subscription active.

Cancel your Meta One subscription

Meta One renews automatically each month unless you cancel. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you lose access to all Meta One benefits across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

If you purchased Meta One through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, follow that store's cancellation process. To avoid being charged for another billing cycle, cancel your Meta One subscription at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends.

Troubleshoot Meta One subscription issues

If you can't view or manage your Meta One subscription, try the following:

  • Make sure you're using the same platform, device type, and account you originally used to subscribe.
  • Make sure the app you're using (Instagram or Facebook) is updated to the latest version.
  • Check that you're signed into the correct Apple ID or Google account.
  • If you subscribed through one app (e.g., Instagram), try managing your subscription from that same app.
