Meta One is currently in limited testing and isn’t available everywhere yet. The options you see may vary based on your location, account type, and what’s currently available in testing.

This article explains how to subscribe to Meta One and what to know before you subscribe.

Meta One is a paid subscription that adds extra features across different Meta technologies, depending on what’s available to your account. Available benefits will be shown to you during onboarding before you subscribe.

What to know before you subscribe to Meta One

Review the following before you subscribe to Meta One:

  • Location: You must be in a country where Meta One is available.
  • Device: You can only subscribe through a supported Meta mobile app (iPhone or Android).
  • Automatic renewal: Meta One renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel.
  • In-app purchase: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
  • Accounts Center: Your Meta One subscription can apply to Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts that are linked to the same Accounts Center.
  • Manage where you purchased: You must manage your subscription on the same platform, device type, and account where you purchased it.

Subscribe to a Meta One plan

You can subscribe to a Meta One plan from the Facebook, Instagram, or Meta AI mobile app.

Meta AI mobile app

  1. From the Meta AI app, tap Menu in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Scroll down, then tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Meta One to view all Meta One plans.
  5. Choose a Meta One plan, then tap Continue.
  6. Review the payment information and confirm your purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
  7. You'll receive a confirmation that your Meta One subscription is active.

Facebook mobile app

  1. Open the Facebook mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap Menu in the top left.
  3. Tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
  4. Tap Accounts Center then tap Subscriptions. If you are using a business account and don’t see Accounts Center, scroll down to tap Subscriptions directly.
  5. Tap Meta One to view all Meta One plans.
  6. Choose a Meta One plan, then tap Continue.
  7. Review the payment information and confirm your purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
  8. You'll receive a confirmation that your Meta One subscription is active.

Instagram mobile app

  1. Open the Instagram mobile app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
  3. Tap Menu in the top right.
  4. Tap Accounts Center then tap Subscriptions. If you are using a business account and don’t see Accounts Center, scroll down to tap Subscriptions directly.
  5. Tap Meta One to view all Meta One plans.
  6. Choose a Meta One plan, then tap Continue.
  7. Review the payment information and confirm your purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
  8. You'll receive a confirmation that your Meta One subscription is active.

Note: If you don't see Meta One as an option, it may not be available to you yet. Meta One is in limited testing and isn't available in all locations yet.

After you subscribe to Meta One, you can view your subscription details, update your payment method, or cancel at any time.
