Add or remove Favorites on your Meta Portal

To add someone to your favorites on your Meta Portal:

  1. From Apps, tap Contacts.
  2. Tap the contact you want to add to your favorites.
  3. Tap Options or Favorites.

To remove someone from your favorites on your Meta Portal:

  1. Below Favorites, tap the contact you’d like to remove.

  2. Tap Options or Favorites.

To add someone to your favorites from the Portal app:

  1. Open the Portal app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Meta Portal you'd like to manage.
  3. Tap Favorites.
  4. Tap Add a Favorite.
  5. Tap the name of any contact and then tap Add.

To remove someone from your favorites from the Portal app:

  1. Open the Portal app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Meta Portal you'd like to manage.
  3. Tap Favorites.
  4. Tap the contact you'd like to remove from favorites.
  5. Tap Toggle next to Favorite.

To add someone to your favorites using Meta Portal TV:

  1. From Home on your Meta Portal TV, select Contacts.
  2. Select the contact you want to add to your favorites.
  3. Select Favorite.

To remove someone from your favorites using Meta Portal TV:

  1. From Home on your Meta Portal TV, select Contacts.
  2. Below Favorites, select the contact you’d like to remove.
  3. Select Favorited.

To add someone to your favorites from the Meta Portal app:

  1. Open the Portal app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Meta Portal you'd like to manage.
  3. Tap Favorites.
  4. Tap Add a Favorite.
  5. Tap the name of any contact and then tap Add.

To remove someone from your favorites from the Meta Portal app:

  1. Open the Portal app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Meta Portal you'd like to manage.
  3. Tap Favorites.
  4. Tap the contact you'd like to remove from favorites.
  5. Tap Toggle next to Favorite.
