Dashboard for teens

Parental supervision provides full visibility into what your parent or guardian can see with regards to your headset activity. This includes:

  • Time in VR broken down by day: How much time you’ve spent on Meta Quest over the past week.
  • Followers and following: The usernames of people who you're connected to.
  • Apps: The apps that you’ve used, and how much time you've spent in each app over the past week.

Keep in mind your parent can see your activity as long as you have parental supervision turned on.

View dashboard

You can see the same information that your parent can see at any time from their dashboard.

To view your dashboard on the Meta Horizon app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Scroll down to Privacy and security, then tap Supervision.
  4. Tap See Parent Dashboard.
  5. This will launch the dashboard where you can see the info about your activity that your parent can see on their end.

To find your dashboard on Family Center:

  1. Go to Family Center and log in to your Meta account.
  2. Click on your parent’s account.
  3. You’ll be able to view what your parent can see.
