How to unfollow someone in Meta Horizon

People won't be notified when you unfollow their profile. When you unfollow someone, their profile will say Follow instead of Following.
To unfollow someone from the Meta Horizon mobile app:
- Open the Meta Horizon app and tap Discover people.
- Search for the name of the person you wish to unfollow and open their profile.
- Tap
and select Unfollow.
- Tap Unfollow again to confirm.
Note: Make sure you’re logged into the app using your account.
To unfollow someone from your Meta Quest headset:
- Press
Meta button /
Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
- Select Chats.
- Select Following.
- Select
Options next to the profile you want to unfollow.
- Select Unfollow, then select Unfollow again to confirm.
You can remove people who are following you. You can also block them.
Note: If you’re 10-12 years old (age may vary by region) with a Meta account that's managed by your parent or guardian and you unfollow an approved contact, the person will no longer be an approved contact. This means they can no longer chat with, call, invite or join you in an app or destination.
