Edit your Meta Horizon profile information

When you make a Meta Horizon profile, you'll create a name, username, avatar, bio and profile picture that are publicly visible and connected to your Meta Account.

You can change your information at anytime. Keep in mind, you can only change your username once every 6 months.

Note: The name and username on your Meta Horizon profile are not the same as your name for AI, devices and more. Learn more about how to change this name.

To change your profile information:

  1. Open the Meta Horizon app and tap your profile picture on the bottom.
  2. Tap Options.
  3. Tap Edit Profile.
  4. Edit your profile information, then tap Save.

Sync with another profile

You can sync your Meta Horizon profile info with another profile, such as your Facebook or Instagram profile. You can choose to sync your name, username, profile picture and avatar.

Once synced, changes to your profile info will appear across all of your profiles with synced info. Learn more about syncing profile information.
